Your Three-Month Development Programme
Practice Ready is built around three individual 45-minute coaching sessions, tailored to your experience, ambitions and development needs.
1. Your Practice Development Plan
We'll explore your experience, confidence, preferred mediation sectors and professional goals. Together, we'll identify practical ways to build experience, access development opportunities and establish a clearer direction for your practice.
You'll receive a structured Practice Development Roadmap to guide your next steps.
2. Your Professional Profiles
How you present yourself matters. We'll review your professional biography, LinkedIn presence and relevant mediator directory profiles, helping you communicate your experience, skills and services more effectively.
You'll receive practical recommendations and guidance to make improvements yourself.
3. Your Prospecting Strategy
We'll help you identify potential clients, referral partners and organisations that may benefit from your mediation services.
Using practical templates and examples, we'll explore prospecting, professional networking and introductory outreach, helping you create a manageable three-month visibility and business development plan.
Keep Your Mediation Skills Active
You don't need to wait for a live case to continue developing your mediation skills.
Our facilitated skills sessions use realistic scenarios, practical exercises and constructive feedback to help you practise techniques, manage challenging situations and maintain confidence.
Every Practice Ready participant receives four hours of skills practice through two flexible credits.
You can choose to use these for:

You'll receive priority booking for available sessions, along with exclusive participant rates for additional practice:

Sessions are subject to availability, minimum participant numbers and scheduling. Your credits remain valid for six months from enrolment, with extensions where DRA cannot offer a suitable session during that period.
Skills sessions may take place after your three-month coaching programme. They complement, rather than replace, experience gained through live mediation cases.
We'll also provide guidance on observation and other experience-building opportunities, with priority consideration where suitable opportunities become available. Observation placements and case allocations cannot be guaranteed.

We can review your existing website and provide keyword recommendations, revised content for your homepage and one core services page, SEO metadata and practical recommendations to improve its visibility and enquiry potential. You can then implement the changes yourself.

The new website offer is based on our standard single-page website starting price of £395. Domain, hosting and additional development requirements are excluded. The website optimisation package has its own defined scope.
