Mediator Desk

Practice Management and Digital Records for Mediators

Mediator Desk is a platform developed by The Dispute Resolution Agency to support mediators, training providers, and professional bodies with a modern way to manage mediation work and professional development.

For mediators, it provides a complete practice management system with tools for case management, automated client onboarding, document storage, file notes, review collection, and a dedicated Mediators’ Room for preparation and case collaboration.

Mediator Desk also includes a Digital Practice Record, enabling mediators to log training, mediation experience, supervision, and reflective practice in one place. This structured record can be shared when applying for panels, memberships, or accreditation.

Training providers and awarding bodies can use the platform to review applications more efficiently, with clear summaries of experience aligned to their membership requirements.

We are also developing dedicated competition management and training provider portals, helping the wider mediation profession track experience, support development, and reduce administrative burden.
